I really enjoyed my stay, the place was brand new and the staff were friendly and helpful, the location by the lagoon and close to North Coast and Marina Beach was perfect!

Had 1 night in El Alamein, spending our time here lovely. Asked for the apartment and it was ready when we arrived. The bathroom was clean, that's important. After a long drive the helpful staff was waiting for us.

Although this place was great for families, the pool in front of our flat was rather small and lacked a kids' area and restroom facilities for elders and children. However, I would still highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The surrounding area of the hotel is nice with acceptable food court options and appropriate swimming pools. the units have decent space and are mostly clean, with some potential for maintenance issues in the rooms. There are open swimming pools available for 24 hours, which is a bonus for a late-night swim.

The hotel lacks essential amenities such as Wi-Fi and room service. the bathroom facilities and lighting require more attention.

The AC's were everywhere, comfortable stay. Clean property, clean sheets and blankets. Water park and industrial waves beach. Porto activities - la cart, beach buggy, golf cars rental. The walk on river water, high-class restaurants, and cafes. Golf and big green areas are amazing.

We had a great time at this hotel. Best aspects were the hotel facilities - there were plenty of swimming pools, soccer fields, tennis courts, and even a free Waterpark for us to enjoy. The location was perfect for us too, with beautiful views and good entertainment. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Also, we found the cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms, and bed sheets to be exceptional.
